| 1) Open AOL and Sign On. Click on the
"Write" icon. |

| 2) When the Write Mail window opens up, fill
in the email as seen to the right. Make sure that you are sending it to POSNOW. |

| 3) In the Write Mail window, click on the
"attachments" button, then in the Attachments window, click on the
"Attach" button. This will open up a window where you will search for your CRE
2000 database. |

| 4) In the Attach window, select the drive and
path that the CRE database is on. |
|
|
|
| 4) After you find and select your CRE2000.MDB
file, click the "OK" button. You will be back at the main Email window. Now hit
the "Send" button. You are done. |
